As the founding shareholder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and one of the best known Israeli entrepreneurs, Mr Menkes plays an important role in driving MENKES Group’s dynamic strategic vision and fostering a culture of initiative and innovation.

The Audit Committee

The Audit Committee assists the Board of Directors in overseeing the integrity of the financial statements of MENKES Group and its systems of internal control, including financial, operational, and compliance systems. It also supervises the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the independence and qualifications of the independent auditor, as well as the performance of the MENKES Group’s internal audit function and independent auditors.

The Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is responsible for determining and reviewing, among other matters, the remuneration of the executive directors and MENKES Group’s remuneration policies.

MENKES Group’s shares, in the form of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs). One GDR represents an interest in one Class A Share.
